Notice of discontinuation. This statement is issued by BlockCreeper to confirm the permanent discontinuation of all BlockCreeper products, services, and related offerings. The operational period for this project was April 1, 2025 through April 1, 2026. As of the date of this notice, no BlockCreeper service remains available, and no further releases, maintenance, or support should be expected unless expressly stated in writing by an authorized representative (none is contemplated).

Scope. Without limitation, discontinuation applies to the BlockCreeper terminal and any associated interfaces, signal feeds and delivery mechanisms, membership or access programs, daily and sniper-style auctions, AI agent or bot integrations, documentation portals, and any other feature that was marketed or operated under the BlockCreeper name on Base or elsewhere. Access credentials, API keys, auction participation, and on-chain interactions tied solely to discontinued services are likewise retired.

Acknowledgment. BlockCreeper shipped on-chain verified signal infrastructure on Base and iterated alongside a fast-moving ecosystem. We recognize users, auction participants, partners, and community members who engaged with the product professionally and in good faith. Nothing in this notice is intended to diminish the work that went into building or using the system during its active window.

Commercial decision. Continuing to operate the service is not commercially sustainable under current cost structures, market conditions, and product economics. After review, the decision to wind down is final. BlockCreeper is not onboarding new users, is not accepting new subscriptions or payments for discontinued services, and is not soliciting capital or counterparties in connection with this wind-down beyond what may be required for ordinary corporate or technical closure tasks.

BKCR token (Clanker 3.1). The BKCR token that was deployed using Clanker 3.1 is not part of any current or future BlockCreeper product roadmap. BlockCreeper does not intend to integrate, promote, redeem, or otherwise rely on BKCR for discontinued or successor offerings. Holders should not treat BKCR as conferring governance, revenue, or ongoing rights in BlockCreeper. The token should be viewed as having no utility and no residual value in connection with BlockCreeper, and no representation is made here regarding trading, liquidity, taxation, or regulatory treatment in any jurisdiction.
